Hoodwink

Prototype developed during a University project in a team of 4 where I was the programmer. The game was required to work with only one button as our client suffered from cerebral palsy and is only able to slightly move his head. He has a wheelchair, and that wheelchair has a screen attached in front of it and 2 head side supports that act as buttons if pushed. Because there are not many games optimized for his handicap, we wanted to make a game that is replayable. It’s a puzzle game where you have to find the way out of a maze, sometimes it requires you to put boxes on their corresponding platform so you can open doors. The game has only 10 premade levels but there is a “FreePlay Mode” where you can choose the size of a level and a random maze will be generated.
